As a real estate lawyer, we help negotiate contracts that ensure the legal transfer of property from seller to buyer.  The real estate services that we provide include drafting of the legal documents required for residential and commercial real estate sales transactions including but not limited to Contracts, Deeds, and Owner Financing Documents.
